The board implemented a new parking rule, only 2 parking spots per unit, parking by decal only. There are 4 units that have 3 or more cars, one guy approached the board president got in my face, pointing his finger in her face yelling at her if she's handicapped. I called police, he lied, after pushing it and a witness police charged him with harassment. Attorney sent case and desist. Yesterday I was walking through parking lot with my 8 year old granddaughter he says to me you handicapped b$#%&. His girlfriend was pulling out, I turn my phone video on she stops in middle of street I point phone at car, she stays there then after about 2 minutes she pulls off. Can the HOA force him to sell, this is harassment. Every-time I walk property they just stare trying to intimidate. What measures can I take? Colorado
