My condo building is being redecorated. I asked to be on the decorating committee and was denied, they have too many people and some are non-residents. The committee consists of members that have been involved in non permitted projects and truthfully I trust no one in this condo. What I am concerned about is, most of the people on the committee have terrible taste and their condos are very poorly decorated and they do not dress well. I think one person from each floor should be on the committee.  Everyone seems to be on one floor of our building. The BOD resides on this floor.  I was wondering must our condo vote on the new items that are going to be chosen. They already put up lights around our building and most of the board are 85 plus. Does anyone know the rules . Do the residents have a say in the choices of decorating.
