I live in a condominium in Kendall. I am on the 1st floor. When the person who lives above me moved in, they re-did the tile flooring. Since then, I can hear a pin drop. When the girl walks, it sounds like a sumo wrestler walking. I can her drop her purse on the floor, I can hear her bed move. Also they move furniture at all yours of the night. Prior to them moving in, i did not have this problem. The association assures me they have the correct padding, however, they do not require proof. How can i start get something done? I complain to office manager and send voice memos of the noise and nothing is done. Miami.
