I think that I am getting charged extra by association

Question:

I get the feeling, in the condo association where I live, that since I don't "Brown nose" specific people in the condo association, that I get bills from the condo association, other condo residents don't receive! Is this behavior common in condo associations? Since I can't go to the monthly condo meeting, I wonder if you can think of a way I can see if other people are being charged? I get the feeling charges (condo bills) are being created to center around me.
