I'm blacklisted from my condo association

Is this legal? I'm "Blacklisted" at the condo association. isn't, for someone to Blacklist another, isn't that illegal?....I see the management company THREATENED, if the management company does anything for me, then a NEW person will work for the condo association I'm in! (Some CROOK is president of the condo board. HE HATES MY GUTS! As soon as someone in the management company does something for me, THE FORMER MANAGEMENT PERSON IS REPLACED!...I'm not sure how to stop this from going on!
