We recently purchased a condo unit in Las Vegas, and there seems to be an insect infestation that originates in either an adjacent unit or in the walls between the units.
We have had a pest control company spray and fog inside our unit, but the insect problem persists. Who is responsible for pest control if the problem is outside our unit?
