When I purchased my condo in Florida it said heated pool. After purchasing the unit, the HOA board decided not to heat the pool. We pay $500 HOA fees per month - which includes a smaller community pool. What is my recourse with the board? Incidentally, they just received $18K in back HOA fees from the sale/purchase by a new owner in the condo complex.
