A new director has been appointed to our condo board by the association's president. This new director is a Realtor by trade and she buys and sells units in our complex. Is this a conflict of interest, since she is a resident and now has access to all private information as to who may be foreclosing, behind on their common charges, etc? I reside in Connecticut.
