My neighbor painted her kitchen cabinet doors in our common element hallway. Some of the cabinet paint got on the floor cement. She got a letter from management saying the hall would be repainted and she would be billed. She received the letter the same day the floor was repainted. The area is 8 by 30 and my neighbor was billed $600. In my opinion, the damage was only about half that size so my neighbor was over-billed. I am concerned that if the board takes advantage of one homeowner, they will with others. Any suggestions? Orlando Florida
