Two-part question:
Currently, our Bylaws prohibit jet skis from being parked or stored on the Commmon Elements (parking lot/carports). A couple of our Co-owner/dock owners want to amend the Bylaws to allow for jet skis in the parking lot.
Our Bylaws allow for one single pleasure boat per Marina unit. The same Co-owners want to amend the Bylaws to allow multiple jet skis to be parked in the boat wells.
The Board has advised the Co-owners of the process for Amendments;question is, who pays the attorney fees related to these Amendments? And who is responsible for presenting to the rest of the community for a 2/3 vote?
