Question:

THE CONDO BUILDING'S AIR CONDITIONER CONDENSATION LINE WAS BLOCKED AND IT CAUSED A WATER BACK UP 
ON TO MY WOODEN FLOOR AND THE HOA REFUSES TO PAY FOR REPAIRS . CAN I TAKE THE HOA TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT. IF SO WHAT IS THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS FOR TAKING THE PROBLEM TO COURT. JUPITER, FL
