Question:
I was harrassed by my condo association in Maryland. At one point, they broke into my home and changed the locks on my front door.
I was hurt when the locksmith charged in.
I tried to file charges, but because the locksmith did not identify himself and I don't know his name, but I was told I have no recourse. True?
