I live in a 3-unit condo building. We all bought around the same time. The Seller advertised it as 2-car off-street parking per unit but it definitely is not. Lucky to get 4 cars in there. It should be 1-car off street parking. I'm looking for a parking space limit addendum form to file with the Registrar of Deeds. Can you help? Salem MA
