Lower property taxes for over 55 communities


Question:

Has anyone out there had any success in convincing municipalities to freeze or lower taxes on over 55 condo owners? Our taxes are skyrocketing and seniors are trying to sell in our complex because they can't afford it any more. Difficulty selling because of high taxes. Any ideas?
