A unit owner in my building stored a huge bag of birdseed in a common storage area, which caused a huge mouse infestation around January. Our management company didn't remove the bird seed until end of May. In the interim I'd mentioned hearing mice in the walls and baseboard heaters. The problem became large and is just starting to be dealt with. Is it my responsibility as a unit owner to plug up gaps in my baseboard heaters or should the management company because issue started in common area?
