My condo fee is not in proportion to our unit size

Question:

I don't believe that my condo fees are in proportion to the square footage of my unit.  Seems there are other units that have higher and lower fees not tied to size.  Who do we get to review these discrepancies?  Would a property management firm or lawyer be appropriate?  I am on the board and we do not currently use a property management firm.  Florida.
