Should You Disclose Neighbor Disputes When Selling Your Condo?

I'm selling my unit in a 6-unit condo building, and a neighbor's objection to potential future renters has already cost me one buyer. Our governing documents don’t prohibit renting or restrict short-term rentals. Something I should tell my realtor or future buyers about my neighbor’s objections?
