Neighbor smokes Marijuana and its making my home smell!

This question is submitted by Mike K. out of Cedar, MI

What are the rules regarding the smoking of marijuana when the 2 condo units share a common wall and a common attic space? The smoke from Unit A is causing Unit B to smell like a skunk. Unit A owner says it is legal and has a medical marijuana card.
