New condo buyer now notices need for repairs

Question:

Bought a condo and inspection went through without any major issues. Now a month after moving into the condo I noticed a large slant has developed to the floors, the condo kind of leans to the right towards the slope of the hill it is built on. The floors were slightly uneven but this slope was not there or as significant even a month ago. A large crack has also developed along the outer wall of the building. This seems like an issue that should be urgently addressed as it could be related to the structure of the building. Will these costs fall on the HOA if its a structural issue or myself?
