## What do you think? Question:

The renters in the unit above me make a lot of noise at night.  It seems to me, they might even be bouncing a ball on the floor.  I've complained to management and the condo board and they do nothing.  I've even called the police but they do nothing. I've heard it said that there is a "spa" service occurring in that unit.

What can I do?
