I own a unit in a 4 unit condo cottage complex. Each cottage owns a small lot as well as interest in a common parcel adjacent to our units. We have had no board of directors for years and no one will fill the positions. Some owners are placing sheds trucks and debris all through the common elements. I have spent money on attorney fees and get no where. What do I do in this situation to force compliance with the master deed requiring a board of directors and nothing being placed on common property owned by the association?
