No governance in our condo association


Question:

For the past several years, the condo chairwoman has not follow the condo bylaws to elect new officers. There is no condo book, budget records. As an owner and a trustee, I volunteered to do the condo budget but was prevented from accessing financial information by all means. What can I do?
