No trustee of the condominium trust where I own has ever been registered as elected to serve as trustee. For over 12 years one, two or 3 of the same individuals signs the 6d doc noting if an owner has paid all condo fees upon a sale. There is no recorded election for 22 years. Is anything these 3 have signed legally binding, including contract with mgmt company? and if not is anything the mgmt company signs on behalf of the trust legally binding?
