Question:
We are a 12 unit condo, and have always self-managed.
We now find ourselves in a position whereby none of the new owners are willing to commit to the board. We are down to 3 owners who are now "holding down the fort".
What are our options? Where do we go with this? Our by-laws don't cover this issue.
