12 unit condo. Most owners continue to be intimidated by acting "board" of two (bylaws require 3). According to law, it doesn't even seem we legally exist as an Association! They keep holding board meetings without the required notice to others, only had two of required four meetings last year. Keep making REALLY bad financial decisions despite advice to the contrary. They accuse me and my family with wild allegations. Keep hiring their non-licensed "electricians", "plumbers", "roofer" buddies at the management company to do work, requiring licensed people, and they NEVER have provided any records reasonably requested of them. How do we get rid of them, reign them in, keep them from spending OUR money in totally irresponsible ways!
