Owner cant sell. Too many renters.


Question:

I am trying to sell my condo and have just been informed that the building is currently 80% occupied by renters. The building has about a 100 units and was completed in 2008. The HOA is the developer, her husband, plus another homeowner. What recourse do I have? I now am in a predicament whereby my buyer pool is limited. In this economy I'm pretty much hamstrung. Please advise. Thanks!
