I need some help, not sure where to go.
In 2014 I was backed up 3 months of association payments. I made my payments and now 2 years later they are telling me I still owe them. The management company that has taken over is horrible. And the bank account that I had that I made those payments is already closed.
I have emailed back and forth with the VP of the management company and that's about it. What should I do?
I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau - their customer service is horrible.
