Owner's grandson selling weed to HOA president

Question:

I was told yesterday that a condo owners grandson is living with her and he is selling weed to our board of director president. I know a lot of young people are coming and going in one particular condo. When mentioned to our board president he says the kid is a good kid. What is your suggestion concerning this matter?
