Question:
There are no guest parking spaces available for our guests.
According to our documents, there is really only one space that is assigned to the property owner. If they have two cars, the board allows them to park in a guest space!
The problem is, there are plenty of owners that have three or more cars, and use all the guest parking spaces available.
I suggested that the board issue decals to all owners. This way, we know who really lives here, and it will also identify the people that are using all the guest spaces.
This also makes for a safer environment. as the property does not have proper lighting.
Is there anything that can be done to force the board to do follow the rules and regulations pertaining to guest parking?
