We are a 50 unit condo association in Connecticut. The board is in the process of revising some of the rules, especially regarding pets. Are we allowed to list specific breeds of dogs that are not allowed? Someone in the building has a 75 pound pit bull that was never registered with management. Although this owner is in the process of moving, we want to be sure this never happens again.
