Question:
Our condo association meetings are held at the pool area. There are no paths of any type to access the area. It is totally surrounded by very uneven ground that is fully grassed for more than 150 ft at it's nearest access.
The management company is saying that regardless of who pays, what is done for access to the pool from one unit, must be done for all units. Suggestions or comments?
