The President Died and Our Condo Bank Accounts Are Now Locked!

The President of our tiny Condo Association recently passed away.  I am the secretary/treasurer.  The bank just locked our association account.  What do I need to provide to the bank to have it unlocked and also to put someone else in as the President of the Association?
