Property management demands all payments are mailed in

Question:

The new manager stated that all HOA's payments must be mail to the corporate office. They do not supply us with stamped coupon envelops. Our condo office is open two hours a day five days a week. My question is, does the property management have the right to tell us to mail all payment to their corporate office?  I am located in Florida.
