Question:
If I put down the wrong deadline in for board candidates to reply, and 2 seats were open, and 2 people applied, so there was no need for a vote.
Could someone question this, since I gave a longer time to submit? It should have been 45 days before the meeting, and I put the deadline in as 45 days after the first notice.
