Proxy voter told to leave condo board meeting.

Question:

I was given proxy from my daughter to represent her. She owns the condo. I went to a board meeting and was told to leave. I have attended other meeting and was told I could not ask questions. Please advise me . Thank you. I have another question. When the condo has work done, do the have to get three bids?  Florida.
