Question on advance notice for board meetings

Question:

advance-meeting-notice.jpgI am on the Board in a FL condo association. There has been a question about proper notice of board meetings.

From what I can find, it says that the notice must be posted on site 2 days in advance. It also says the the notice to board members must be given 2 days in advance by other methods.

It is not clear to me whether this reference to the number of days means 2 business days in advance or whether it means 48 hours? Historically, although 85% of the owners and 40% of the board are off site, the notice is posted Friday at noon, on site, for a Monday meeting at 10AM.

As I am an out of state governor, this just does not smell right. Please clarify.
