Raccoon Damage Lawsuit Resulted in Condo Association Retaliation

Question:

I initially bought my condo in 2011. The previous owner allowed birds to feed and in doing so raccoons ate through the siding into the attic. The condo association refused to repair the damage (which was significant) without going to litigation.Raccoon-ate-siding

This litigation resulted in the association having to repair the attic. Since then I have encountered retaliation related to their maintenance of the common ground in front of my residence. They replaced the foliage and put mulch in after I asked them to maintain it. After I paid out of pocket for flowers/plants, they refused to do any landscaping, making the area an eyesore. Can I take them to court regarding this? This will decrease the value of my residence.
