Question:
Our condo association is now, after 20 plus years, making the owner responsible for rotted wood trim under the windows.
This was always the Association's responsibility in the past. They now claim that area is part of the windows.
I checked with the company that replaced my windows and I was told that area is NOT part of the windows but trim of the building.
Our Association is issuing violation letters for rotted wood of these areas. Whose responsibility is this?
