Our community is consist of three high rise buildings and 1090 units on the intracoastal with a marina, pools, tennis courts, and state of the art gym. This community has been self-managed since 1975. Last year a new board voted to hire a management company . Our property was found to be in a neglected state by the management company. In the upcoming election the main issue will be self-management versus keeping the management company. What do you think would be the best decision for a condominium this size? Hallandale Florida
