Should condo info be sent electronically or by mail?


Question:

Realize that Per New Hampshire Condo Act, can send Owners info electronically. Having said that, this is my question: The Management company is sending all documents needed, prior to Annual Meeting, September, to all owners by email. Prior, have been sent by U.S. Postal mail. The Board was not aware of Management sending electronically. I received such letter from Management, yet could not open files per their formats. I presume many other owners could not open these files as well. As Board was not aware of being sent electronically from management company and docs prior to Annual Meeting have always been sent by postal mail, what can Board and Owner's do? Annual Meeting coming up in 3 weeks, Sept 28, 2018. Thank You for any input.
