Our BOD are required to step down as they have extended their allowed time in office, This BOD has turned our Association into a 46% RENTAL RATIO out of 70 units and there are 8 snow birds that only reside in Florida January - March.
Under these unusual circumstances, is it a reasonable assumption to allow renters to serve on the Board? We will not get 5 BOD unless renters can be allowed to serve on the board, Since the President and the Vice President, this suggestion should be considered and passed.
