I want to sue my HOA president.

Question:

I need a lawyer to sue my HOA president for years of harassment and discrimination.  Constantly sending me fines and failure to upgrade the outside of my unit like the rest of the units.  Please give me an attorney in Los Angeles area on contingency basis.
