Tips for recruiting new HOA and condo association board members

Question:

We are a 170 unit townhome HOA in Florida. Can you share with me what you do as a board to recruit new candidates. We have a good board but most of the members have been on 6-7 years and want to get off. Appreciate any tips that have been successful for you. Thanks.
