Condo association deals with devastating fire damage

Last Wednesday there was a destructive fire destroying at least five condos, plus others nearby with smoke and water damage. This occurred in a courtyard of 14 condos. The fire is under investigation, as one death occurred. Our association has a $10K deductible, which we have funded for insurance purposes. Management and the board are working very closely with insurance carrier for Association, and soon with insurance adjusters, fire marshal, law enforcement, other owners, etc. We would welcome input from those who have gone through a devastating fire.
