Does a Property Manager need a HUD-1 form from HOA owner?

Question:

I am a new landlord for a studio condo. Our HOA fees are high ($309) for a studio with no pool/gym/underground parking), but it is well maintained. There is a property management company, and an onsite property manager. The HOA requires that a HUD-1 form be provided to the company, but the PM also wanted a copy. I am concerned about privacy issues with the site manager, who often acts suspicious of landlords. Shouldn't providing the HUD-1 to the management company be enough? Does the site manager need to see all the details?
