Condo association board negligent in repair of dangerous issues

Question:

condo unit owners want to sell due to condo association board negligence on repairs 042514 resized 600

Our condo unit living areas have crumbling ceilings and walls due to negligence. After eight years, our patience has expired. The façade has fallen off the building, gas leak alerts have been ignored, and I was injured due to melting snow in the stairwell. We’ve recently heard that the condo association board ignored a boiler leak and did not act until two contractors noticed the danger and insisted on repair.

At this point, we’d like the condo association to buy back our condo unit and property. Does anyone have any insights?
