I live in a New Jersey condo association, and pay over $100 per month in maintenance fees to the HOA. As a condo unit owner, I own my garage and its on my deed. There is a wooden dividing wall between each garage. Who is responsible for the maintenance of the wall? The HOA, me or do I share the expense with the owner next to me?
