Condo Association project affects owner in negative way

Question:

Condo Association siding repair project affects condo owners drainage 010815 resized 600

I own a condo unit in Western Washington.  The HOA recently completed a siding replacement project.

In doing so, the contractor removed a full wall on one side, and a pony wall on the other side of the landing outside of my front door, replacing them with wrought iron fencing and railings.

The result is that rain now blows into the landing and puddles, and if the temperature drops it freezes to a sheet of ice.  This was never a problem prior to the alteration.

What options do I have, legal and otherwise, since this has resulted in a condition which is detrimental to my property?
