We have a property management company that runs our [Condo Association](https://www.condoassociation.com/CondoAssociation/tabid/83434/Default.aspx). This company has not been helpful at all, and I am looking to take over the [Property Management](https://www.condoassociation.com/association-loans/massachusetts-hoa--condo-association-loans/property-managers/tabid/88415/Default.aspx) part myself. I am new to this and not sure what steps I need to take inorder to get this running. We live in Louisiana and have 8 condos in this condo association. If anyone can guide me in the right direction to get things done, I would greatly appreciate it!
