Message from Stephen Polinsky, Founder of CondoAssociation.com

I started CondoAssociation.com in April, 2007 as a blog forum for community association members who were challenged with association issues, as I was, being a new board member in a new condo association.

2009 was a great year for CondoAssociation.com.  We found solid ground as a real community forum. 

• Our blog is currently subscribed to by over 1,000 readers and all content is community generated.  People ask good, relevant questions and pose their challenges about community life and condo association management that get answered by a community of industry experts and proactive association members who are willing to share their experience and expertise with us. 

• We have helped hundreds of associations find service providers for financial needs.
  

I pose the question to this community: how can we better serve you in 2010?

• Better and more specific information?
• More service offerings beyond loans and insurance?
• More interactive community features?

Please feel free to be specific on any ideas you may have (no idea too small or big), its appreciated, but most importantly, thank you all for making this community successful and I wish you all the best in 2010!
